Red mites have long been the scourge of chicken keepers.
These tiny mites can multiply quickly if not spotted and then rapidly infect a whole flock. Fortunately, we can now offer an effective and easy to use preventative treatment to keep your flock mite-free.
Unlike old fashioned powder treatments, our new treatment can be added to your chicken’s water supply in spring and late summer.
Any mites that feed on treated chickens will be killed; you can even place brooms and grooming equipment in the coop to get rid of any mites hiding in them.
Preventatively treating your flock will mean less intense coop cleaning and a much happier group of birds!
