  • Date Format: DD slash MM slash YYYY
Animal health certificates can be issued a maximum of 10 days before arrival in the EU. Please note there is a £30 surcharge when less than 5 working days notice is given for an animal health certificate to be prepared before issue.

If the answer is no then your pet must be microchipped before being vaccinated against rabies.
If the answer is no then your pet must be vaccinated against rabies and will not be eligible for travel until 21 days after the vaccination.
  • If your pet has been vaccinated against rabies at another practice you will need to bring proof of this (passport or vaccination record) for us to take an official copy. We may also contact the practice that carried out the rabies vaccination for verification. Our vet will need to scan your pet's microchip to verify their identity for our records.
