* Please note the annual health check is performed at the same time as the annual booster.
** In the event their annual booster lapses and they need to restart, you will get 15% off their first vaccination and their second vaccination would be included in the plan if they are already signed up. If they need to restart when they sign up to the plan or are having their initial vaccination course, there will be a 15% discount on both vaccinations.
