How we calculate Platinum Pet Club prices

07/05/2026 By Heathfield Vets

Our Platinum Pet Club really does save you money on your pet’s routine care, as well as offering discounts on consultations, dental care, neutering, diet and toys.  Unlike some vet healthcare plans, we take the cost of everything included (annual vaccination and our preferred flea and worming products), take off 15% and divide the total by 12 to give you your monthly price.  That’s it. You don’t pay for hidden extras you’ll never use and our prices aren’t inflated to cover any extra discounts.

What’s included in the plan Annual vaccination  Annual flea and worming treatment Annual tape wormer Annual total 15% discounted price Price per month Current plan price

Additional benefits our Platinum Pet Club members enjoy at no extra cost

  • 10% discount on consultations
  • 10% discount on neutering
  • 10% discount on dental treatment
  • 10% discount on food and toys
  • 10% off in-house laboratory tests
  • 15% off vaccinations due at sign up
  • 6 monthly health check with a veterinary nurse

How much does home delivery cost?

Home delivery is charged at an extra £2.50 per month for all our plans. This covers the pick, pack and post charges for each delivery, and goes to the supplier and Royal Mail.

Why doesn’t the Platinum Pet Club include free consultations like other plans?

We don’t think pet owners should pay for something they might not use, or for things they might be able to claim through their pet insurance.

What about other parasite products?

If for whatever reason your pet cannot have our preferred parasite products, other products are still available. We ensure that pet owners still save money if they have these through a Platinum Pet Club membership, but cannot guarantee it will be 15%.
