Home delivery is now available for our Platinum Pet Club products! In addition to saving at least 15% on your pet’s routine health care and exclusive discounts, you’ll be sure to never miss a dose of your pet’s flea and worming treatment. Our home delivery option means no more needing to call and request the products, or having to find the time to pop in and collect it. It will arrive when it needs to, so that you can administer it on time, making sure your pet stays protected all year round.
Who can sign up for Home Delivery?
Home delivery is available to cats and dogs who have reached their stable adult weight. We are unable to offer home delivery for puppies and kittens as their weight will likely change frequently until adulthood and we will need regular weight updates as they grow. This doesn’t mean puppies and kittens owners will miss out on saving, you can still join our Platinum Pet Club and upgrade to a home delivery plan once your pet has reached their adult weight.
We are unable to offer home delivery to those who pay for the plan annually or who are on a legacy bespoke plan (i.e. do not have our standard products). If you’re on one of these plans and would like to discuss switching to one that offers home delivery, then please speak to a member of our reception team.

How do I sign up?
If you would like to sign up to the Platinum Pet Club, visit our sign up page. Existing Platinum Pet Club members can upgrade to our home delivery option using this online form. Once we have received your submission, a member of our team will be in touch via email to confirm your membership.
Will I start getting deliveries straight away?
We will need to have seen your pet for an examination within the last year in order to prescribe any parasite treatment. If we have not met your pet yet or they are due for a health check, please book an appointment online or call us on 01435 864422.
If your pet’s next pack of parasite prevention is due soon (within the next month) this will need to be collected from the practice to avoid missing their next dose, your next pack will then be delivered straight to your door. If your next pack is due in more than a month, this will be delivered when it is due. A member of our team will let you know if you need to collect your next pack of flea and worming treatment.
