We are excited to announce that Heathfield Vets has been named the ‘Best UK Vet’ in East Sussex for the third year in a row at the Best UK Vets Awards 2024. We have also made it into the top 25 ‘Best UK Vets’ nationwide for the second year running. A huge congratulations to our vets, vet nurses and admin team, and an enormous thank you to all our clients who took the time to leave us their wonderful reviews, which have helped us to secure this award.
The Best UK Vets Awards celebrate vet practices that are committed to excellent customer service and outstanding patient care and are presented to practices across the UK with the most 4 or 5-star online reviews in each category. In order to select the winners, awards organisers analyse over 15,500 reviews left by pet owners on vet practice websites throughout the year.
It means so much to us to win an award based on reviews from our clients and we are incredibly grateful for the kind comments that have been left for our team.
