You know your cat's playful ways and what they love better than anyone. Your vet relies on you as their owner to find out what changes may have been happening over the last year.

This checklist will help our veterinary team identify your cat's activities and behaviours.

Mobility and activity

Think about your cat's activity in the past week. Check all of the signs that you've observed in your cat.

Climbing up stairs
Climbing down stairs
Chasing moving objects
Jumping up
Jumping down
Running

Behavioural changes

Additional information about your cat's general behaviour changes can be helpful. Think about your cat's behaviour over the last year or two.

Have your cat's drinking habits changed?
Have your cat's urinating habits changed?
Any inappropriate urination or defecation?
For example have they had accidents in the house or wet patches in their bed?
Has you cat's appetite changed?
Has your cat's weight changed significantly in the last few months?
Any changes in your cat's coat condition recently?
Has your cat's sociability changed?
For example, does your normally independent cat seem to be more affectionate or does your normally very friendly cat seem to be hiding away more?
