We have reopened our waiting and consult rooms and have returned to a ‘normal’ day to day operation.
Wearing masks will now be optional
If you would prefer to wear a mask and would like your vet or nurse to wear one too, please let them know.
Client and staff safety, as always, remains a priority. If you have tested positive for COVID or have possible COVID symptoms, please do not enter the building.
Hand sanitising stations remain available in our waiting rooms, we have installed air purifiers throughout our building to help mitigate the risk, but we are unable to open windows for ventilation, due to the risk of patients using them to leave the building.
Consultations
Please come to reception as normal for all consultations.
We know some of our clients have found our previous ‘car park consultation’ system quite useful! Especially those needing to bring children with them or bouncy/anxious patients who would not cope well in a waiting room.
If you would prefer not to enter the building, please call on 01435 864422 and a member of our team will come out to you.
Payment
Payment will be required at the reception desk after your consult, per our terms and conditions.
We will no longer be offering online payment post-consultation, only for pre-payment of medication and food.
If you have your consultation in the car park, a member of our team will bring the card machine out to you.
Collecting medication or food
Food and medication can be collected from reception. We will be still be sending payment links for those who prefer to pay in advance for medication or food.
Hospital appointments
On arrival for a hospital appointment please ring the doorbell in our hospital block and a member of our nursing team will admit your pet.
We will endeavour to perform as much of the necessary admin in advance so as to make admission as smooth as possible.
On collection of your pet after a hospital visit, please visit reception first in order to pay and arrange any post-operative appointments.
