We are delighted to now offer home delivery to our Platinum Pet Club members. If you would like to upgrade your pet’s membership to include home delivery, please fill out the form below and a member of our team will be in contact to confirm the change.

Pet name - please include all the pets with plans you would like to upgrade. Please note home delivery is only available to pets that have reached their stable adult weight (not puppies and kittens).

Address for deliveries - Please note, this delivery point must be accessible to Royal Mail and it is your responsibility to ensure delivered products cannot be accessed by children or animals.

Is there a day of the month that you usually give your pet's monthly flea treatment?

We will try to have your reminders line up with this date if you prefer. If you currently rely on the text reminders we send, these will continue as normal.
